Press barred from Romney Jerusalem fundraiser
The Romney campaign has changed its mind and is no longer permitting the press to attend a high rolling fund raiser in Jerusalem, the Wall Street Journal reports.
The move follows a statement from a key adviser to the candidate that Romney would, as president, back Israel should the Jewish nation decide to attack Iran to prevent Tehran from developing a nuclear bomb.

It appears that Romney does not wish us in the US to know what he is promising Israel. This could either work in his favor or against him depending on how the News media reacts. However, it certainly is a way to prevent biased news reporting. It also prevents Obama from countering his efforts to make peace and closer ties between Israel and the US.
